THE FINDING OF LIFE

UNION WITH CHRIST

We have now covered a lot of Scripture to show you that AGAPE LOVE is the only issue between God and man, and that man has to settle this issue with His God on an individual basis if he/she is to be saved and not face the Great White Throne Judgment after death. We have shown that the NARROW WAY is a form of the White Throne Judgment, which is accomplished while a person is alive, so that Christ can step forward and save that soul with His mercy and grace. We have discussed faith and grace, works and legalism and found a perfect harmony within to under gird the narrow way of Christ. IT IS NOT OF WORKS; IT IS OF FAITH AND OF GRACE.

If the issue between man and God is this agape love issue, then the goal of the Gospel would be to SETTLE THIS ISSUE, AND BRING MAN BACK INTO AGREEMENT WITH GOD, BACK INTO UNITY WITH GOD, TO JOIN MAN TO GOD, first in the spirit, and later, at the resurrection rapture, with a new body. In other words the THRUST of all of the New Testament would be oriented TO THIS GOAL. If this is the GOAL, then this would be included in the COMMANDS OF CHRIST AS WELL. This would then be stated by Christ in unmistakably clear language, and reaffirmed in the Epistles.

“A NEW COMMANDMENT I GIVE UNTO YOU,

THAT YE (AGAPE) LOVE ONE ANOTHER;

AS I HAVE (AGAPE) LOVED YOU,

THAT YE ALSO (AGAPE) LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

(John 13:34)

THIS IS MY COMMANDMENT,

THAT YE (AGAPE) LOVE ONE ANOTHER,

AS I HAVE (AGAPE) LOVED YOU.

(John 15:12)

THESE THINGS I COMMAND YOU,

THAT YE (AGAPE) LOVE ONE ANOTHER.”

(John 15:17)

One could hardly mistake the command of Christ. That this love is the WHOLE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW was stated by Christ and is reaffirmed in the epistles:

“Owe no man any thing, BUT TO (AGAPE) LOVE ONE ANOTHER:

FOR HE THAT (AGAPE) LOVETH ANOTHER

HATH FULFILLED THE LAW.

(Romans 13:8)

(AGAPE) LOVE WORKETH NO ILL TO HIS NEIGHBOUR:

THEREFORE (AGAPE) LOVE

IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW.

(Romans 13:10)

FOR ALL THE LAW IS FULFILLED

IN ONE WORD,

EVEN IN THIS;

THOU SHALT (AGAPE) LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF.”

(Galatians 5:14)

So there is no question whatever that this AGAPE LOVE is the answer to the total and complete fulfilling of the LAW OF GOD, OF THE COMMAND OF GOD. But here we have a problem, for NO MAN IS ABLE TO AGAPE LOVE, IT IS NOT A PART OF HIS NATURE. Agape love was totally eradicated from man at the fall. He lost it. He knows nothing about it, cannot comprehend it, it is ALIEN TO HIM. Therefore NO MAN CAN FULFILL THE LAW, AND THEREFORE ALL OF MAN FACE ETERNAL DEATH. God promised a NEW COVENANT. He said that He would take out of man his STONE COLD HEART, and put a NEW HEART within him. This new heart would BE OF THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD, WHICH IS AGAPE LOVE SPIRIT.

"But this SHALL BE THE COVENANT

THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL;

AFTER THOSE DAYS, SAITH THE LORD,

I WILL PUT MY LAW IN THEIR INWARD PARTS,

AND WRITE IT IN THEIR HEARTS;

AND WILL BE THEIR GOD,

AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.”

(Jeremiah 31:33)

“A NEW HEART ALSO WILL I GIVE YOU,

AND A NEW SPIRIT WILL I PUT WITHIN YOU:

AND I WILL TAKE AWAY THE STONY HEART OUT OF YOUR FLESH,

AND I WILL GIVE YOU AN HEART OF FLESH.

AND I WILL PUT MY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU,

AND CAUSE YOU TO WALK IN MY STATUTES,

AND YE SHALL KEEP MY JUDGMENTS, AND DO THEM.”

(Ezekiel 36:26-27)

This is totally reconfirmed in Hebrews 8:7-13. The Old Covenant of the law was replaced, and the NEW COVENANT USHERED IN BY JESUS CHRIST. Christ is the MEDIATOR OF THE NEW COVENANT. Because mankind LOST AGAPE LOVE and it is not a part of HIS NATURE, then obviously the INNER NATURE OF MAN, HIS INNER HEART NATURE, MUST BE CHANGED INTO A NEW NATURE, A DIVINE NATURE.

Jesus Christ was sent to ESTABLISH the NEW COVENANT. He is the AUTHOR OF IT. He is the MEDIATOR OF IT. He therefore has the right to ESTABLISH HOW WE ENTER IT. He then will issue CERTAIN COMMANDMENTS THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED TO ENTER THIS NEW COVENANT. If we refuse, we FRUSTRATE the grace of God, and THE GRACE OF GOD FAILS to save us.

“For there IS ONE GOD, AND ONE MEDIATOR

BETWEEN GOD AND MEN,

THE MAN CHRIST JESUS.”

(1 Timothy 2:5)

“But now hath he (Jesus Christ) obtained a MORE EXCELLENT MINISTRY,

BY HOW MUCH ALSO HE IS THE MEDIATOR OF A BETTER

COVENANT,

WHICH WAS ESTABLISHED UPON BETTER PROMISES.”

(Hebrews 8:6)

Jesus came to ESTABLISH the New Covenant, and He would be the MEDIATOR OF IT. The term “mediator” is ‘mesites’, which means GO BETWEEN, RECONCILER, INTERCESSOR. This is a requirement because man is destitute of agape love, and therefore lives in INIQUITY, and all of his deeds are EVIL. God lives and dwells in perfect AGAPE LOVE. The two are not compatible; they are direct OPPOSITES. Therefore, there is NO AGREEMENT BETWEEN MAN AND GOD.

Think of this as a labor dispute, in which the two parties HAVE OPPOSING DEMANDS UPON THE OTHER. They are TOTALLY OPPOSED. They are so opposed to each other that all communications have been severed. Each has turned away from the other. When this happens in a major labor dispute, A MEDIATOR STEPS IN, AND ATTEMPTS TO RECONCILE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TWO OPPOSING CAMPS. Man is utterly opposed to God, hostile to God, an enemy of God. JESUS CHRIST STEPPED IN TO MEDIATE THE ARGUMENT, THE DEBATE.

The method of mediation chosen by Christ was the NEW COVENANT. God would, by His grace, REESTABLISH COMMUNICATIONS WITH MAN IF THEY WOULD ENTER IN TO THE NEW COVENANT. This “new covenant” would be established ONLY IF CHRIST WOULD DIE TO BEAR THE SINS OF THE WORLD. He would “purchase” man and thereby establish this testament, for a testament is only good AFTER THE DEATH OF THE TESTATOR. The word “establish” is ‘nomotheteo’ and it means LEGISLATE, ENACT, INJOIN, SANCTION. It means in short: IT IS LAW. The New Covenant is a covenant of LAW. It has the full force of law. How then does man enter into this New Covenant, of which Christ is the mediator?

“And for this cause (because Christ offered Himself) HE IS THE

MEDIATOR

OF THE NEW TESTAMENT,

THAT

BY MEANS OF DEATH,

FOR THE REDEMPTION OF THE TRANSGRESSIONS

THAT WERE UNDER THE FIRST TESTAMENT,

THEY WHICH ARE CALLED

MIGHT RECEIVE THE PROMISE OF ETERNAL

INHERITANCE.”

(Hebrews 9:15)

Christ, by offering Himself up, who was without SPOT, INNOCENT, becomes our MEDIATOR, GO BETWEEN, INTERCESSOR BEFORE GOD. Now notice carefully how it is worded, for it was misinterpreted by the “many”. It says that BY MEANS OF DEATH THEY WHICH ARE CALLED MIGHT RECEIVE THE PROMISE. Did you catch that one? BY MEANS OF DEATH we might OBTAIN THE PROMISE. Not the death of Christ only, BUT BY MEANS OF OUR OWN DEATH UPON OUR OWN CROSS. The New Covenant was OFFERED TO MAN OUT OF PURE GRACE. Man may avail himself OF THAT COVENANT BY MEANS OF SOUL DEATH, which is the WALK of the NARROW WAY. That is why Christ said “HE THAT LOSETH HIS LIFE FOR MY SAKE SHALL FIND IT…EXCEPT A CORN OF WHEAT FALL INTO THE GROUND AND DIE…”

It is by the means of OUR SOUL DEATH, that we obtain the promise of ETERNAL INHERITANCE. The “many” read that as the DEATH OF CHRIST that gave them their eternal inheritance, which was a HALF TRUTH. By this death, Christ ESTABLISHES THE COVENANT, LAYS THE FOUNDATION, BECOMES THE MEDIATOR AND OUR HIGH PRIEST. He purchased us with HIS OWN BLOOD. Now then, Christ issued us SPECIFIC COMMANDS so that we might ENTER IN.

“And to Jesus the MEDIATOR OF THE NEW COVENANT,

AND TO THE BLOOD OF SPRINKLING,

THAT SPEAKETH BETTER THINGS THAN THAT OF ABEL.

SEE THAT YE REFUSE NOT HIM THAT SPEAKETH.

FOR IF THEY ESCAPED NOT WHO REFUSED HIM

THAT SPAKE ON EARTH,

MUCH MORE SHALL NOT WE ESCAPE,

IF WE TURN AWAY FROM HIM

THAT SPEAKETH FROM HEAVEN.”

(Hebrews 12:24-25)

If we REFUSE THE COMMANDS OF CHRIST, WHO SPEAKS FROM HEAVEN, AND IN THE AUTHORITY OF HEAVEN, WE SHALL NOT ESCAPE. The “many” did not escape. They did not because THEY REFUSED HIM THAT SPAKE FROM HEAVEN. They would NOT enter in to the New Covenant by the method GOD HIMSELF ORDAINED. Jesus was very blunt about HOW WE ENTER IN:

“ENTER YE IN (TO THE NARROW WAY) AT THE STRAIT GATE…”

(Matthew 7:13)

“BECAUSE STRAIT IS THE GATE, AND NARROW IS THE WAY,

WHICH LEADETH UNTO LIFE.”

(Matthew 7:14)

“STRIVE TO ENTER IN AT THE STRAIT GATE:

FOR MANY, I SAY UNTO YOU,

WILL SEEK TO ENTER IN, AND SHALL NOT BE ABLE.”

(Luke 13:24)

It cannot be misinterpreted. WE ARE TO STRIVE TO ENTER IN AT THE STRAIT GATE, AND WALK THE NARROW WAY. That is HOW WE ENTER THE NEW COVENANT. If our religious bias prevents it, or our theology denies it, THEN WE HAVE REFUSED HIM THAT SPEAKS FROM HEAVEN, AND WE SHALL NOT ESCAPE. There is only ONE WAY IN. We have examined this totally in previous chapters; it is only for a reminder.

It becomes very clear then, that the entire purpose of the NEW COVENANT is to allow man, who does not have AGAPE LOVE, to obtain it. If he obtains to this AGAPE LOVE BESTOWMENT, WHICH IS THE SPIRIT OF GOD, THEN HE HAS ENTERED THE NEW COVENANT, WHICH IS OF GRACE. He has then availed himself of the grace of God. It can only be obtained via the strait gate and narrow way:

“NO MAN THAT WARRETH

ENTANGLETH HIMSELF WITH THE AFFAIRS OF THIS LIFE;

THAT HE MAY PLEASE HIM WHO HATH CHOSEN HIM

TO BE A SOLDIER.

AND IF A MAN ALSO STRIVE FOR MASTERIES,

YET IS HE NOT CROWNED,

EXCEPT HE STRIVE LAWFULLY.”

(2 Timothy 2:4-5)

This confirms what Jesus said about leaving the world totally behind, disengaging your self from the affairs of the world, and GOING TO WAR AGAINST YOUR OWN INNER HEART AND THE DOMINION OF SATAN. It is a WAR. You are a SOLDIER WHO IS TO FIGHT THE FIGHT OF FAITH UNTO VICTORY, UNTO BEING AN OVERCOMER. Notice that it says that WE ARE NOT CROWNED, UNLESS WE STRIVE LAWFULLY. You can STRIVE for mighty and good works, and still be rejected. The “many” STROVE to produce the SECOND WORK OF GOOD DEEDS, but they did not STRIVE LAWFULLY, for they were not obedient to the COMMANDS OF CHRIST TO ENTER IN VIA THE STRAIT GATE AND NARROW WAY. The strait gate and narrow way are as much a part of the New Covenant as the New Covenant itself. IT IS THE METHOD USED TO ENTER IN.

If you strive by any other way, IF YOU CLIMB IN TO THE SHEEPFOLD SOME OTHER WAY, then you have not STRIVEN LAWFULLY, and you will NOT BE CROWNED, you will be DESTROYED AND SENT INTO ETERNAL RUIN. You must strive lawfully; you must enter in via the method PRESCRIBED BY LAW.

DO NOT REFUSE HIM

THAT SPEAKETH FROM HEAVEN

So we have seen then, in review that the entire thrust is to obtain the NEW HEART, by entering the NEW COVENANT BY THE WAY OF THE STRAIT AND NARROW. We will, BY OUR SOUL DEATH, ENTER IN TO THE NEW COVENANT. The goal of the New Covenant then is the BESTOWMENT OF AGAPE LOVE, THE SPIRIT OF GOD, THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST. It is to bring us into a UNITY, A UNION, AN ONENESS WITH CHRIST AND GOD THE FATHER. It is to GIVE US A NEW NATURE, TO MAKE US A NEW CREATURE. We are to have an ALIEN LOVE TYPE PLACED WITHIN US. This is the HOPE of Christ, the HOPE of the Church, the BRIDE.

“Till WE ALL COME IN THE UNITY OF THE FAITH

(WHICH IS AGAPE LOVE),

AND OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD

(WHICH IS AGAPE LOVE),

UNTO A PERFECT MAN

(WHICH AGAPE LOVE BESTOWMENT DOES),

UNTO THE MEASURE OF THE STATURE

OF THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST.”

(Ephesians 4:13)

The word “till” is ‘marcher’ which means UP TO A CERTAIN POINT, TO A SPACE IN TIME, TO A TERMINUS, TO A POINT. What is that point we are to come to? The word “come” is ‘katantao’, which means ARRIVE AT, ATTAIN TO, COME TO MEET AGAINST. We are all to come to a specific point. What is it?

1. Till we come to a UNITY. The word “unity” is ‘henotes’ which means ONENESS, UNANIMITY, AS ONE. In other words the goal is for us all to COME INTO ONENESS, OF THE FAITH. That has to be agape love. What is the opposite of unity or union? Being alone! Thus we see Christ contrasting two concepts: “Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground AND DIE, it abideth ALONE” vs. “Till we all come into UNITY (union)”.

ALONE vs. UNION

2. We must come to a “knowledge” of the SON OF MAN. The word “knowledge” is ‘epignosie’, which means FULL RECOGNITION, FULL DISCERNMENT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT. This then must be the MYSTERY REVEALED, THE HIDDEN KNOWLEDGE, THE HIDDEN WISDOM. Christ Himself was very open, very visible. THIS IS THE INVISIBLE ESSENCE OF CHRIST, WHO CHRIST IS. This is the knowledge of AGAPE LOVE.

3. We are to come unto a PERFECT man. What does it mean to be a perfect man? We have to go back into the Old Testament, and follow it right through to find out. In short, it means TO PUT ON THE PERFECTION OF CHRIST, WHICH IS AGAPE LOVE. We are made perfect IN CHRIST BY AGAPE LOVE BESTOWMENT. The word PERFECT and SANCTIFIED mean the same thing, they both refer to AGAPE LOVE BESTOWMENT.

“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine,

THE LORD APPEARED TO ABRAM,

and said unto him,

I am the ALMIGHTY GOD;

walk before me, and BE THOU PERFECT.

And I WILL MAKE MY COVENANT BETWEEN ME AND THEE…

THIS IS MY COVENANT, WHICH YE SHALL KEEP,

BETWEEN ME AND YOU AND THY SEED AFTER THEE;

EVERY MAN CHILD AMONG YOU SHALL BE CIRCUMCISED.”

(Genesis 17:1-2; 10)

We get our first view of perfection and being perfect right here. BE THOU PERFECT IS CONNECTED TO OBEDIENCE (WALK BEFORE ME) AND THIS COVENANT. Now the covenant is interesting. It is the covenant of circumcision. The head of the male penis is covered by a foreskin. IT WAS TO BE CUT OFF, OR THE VEIL OVER IT REMOVED. This has tremendous significance to the New Testament, for THE VEIL OVER THE HEART IS TO BE REMOVED BY THE CIRCUMCISION OF THE HEART OF STONE. IT WAS TO BE CUT OUT, AND REMOVED, AND A NEW HEART, A NEW SPIRIT PUT IN ITS PLACE. We have here the first shadow of the NEW HEART COVENANT.

“CIRCUMCISE THEREFORE

THE FORESKIN OF YOUR HEART,

AND BE NO MORE STIFFNECKED.”

(Deuteronomy 10:16)

“CIRCUMCISE YOURSELVES TO THE LORD,

AND TAKE AWAY THE FORESKINS OF YOUR HEART,

YE MEN OF JUDAH AND INHABITANTS OF JERUSALEM;

LEST MY FURY COME FORTH LIKE FIRE,

AND BURN THAT NONE CAN QUENCH IT,

BECAUSE OF THE EVIL OF YOUR DOINGS.”

(Jeremiah 4:4)

It is the CIRCUMCISED HEART THAT IS MADE PERFECT. It agrees with everything we have studied so far. The Lord does not change, nor does He lie. The vast majority of Christians refuse to CIRCUMCISE THEIR HEART AND SO ARE NOT MADE PERFECT. The narrow way is the way we do it. Refuse it, AND YOU FACE THE UNQUENCHABLE FIRE OF HELL, AND THIS IS A REFERENCE TO IT.

“HE IS THE ROCK, HIS WORK IS PERFECT:

FOR ALL HIS WAYS ARE JUDGMENT:

A GOD OF TRUTH AND WITHOUT INIQUITY,

JUST AND RIGHT IS HE.”

(Deuteronomy 32:4)

A perfect portrait of Christ: the ROCK. Notice how it is worded: HIS WORK IS PERFECT, AND HIS “WAYS” ARE JUDGMENT. We have oft said that the narrow WAY was a way of JUDGMENT. The believer is to walk the narrow way and FACE THE JUDGMENT OF AGAPE LOVE, AND HAVE HIS/HER DEEDS REBUKED AND REPROVED. He is a GOD OF TRUTH, WHICH COMES FROM HIS AGAPE LOVE ESSENCE, AND BECAUSE OF THAT ESSENCE, HE IS WITHOUT INIQUITY. Therefore He is right and just. Thus we see the perfect contrast between the INIQUITY OF MAN AND HIS PHILEO LOVE AND THE PERFECT AGAPE LOVE OF GOD.

“As for God, HIS WAY IS PERFECT;

THE WORD OF THE LORD IS TRIED:

HE IS A BUCKLER TO ALL THEM THAT TRUST IN HIM.

GOD IS MY STRENGTH AND POWER:

and HE MAKETH MY WAY PERFECT.”

(2 Samuel 22:31,33)

It is the LORD, and the WAY OF THE LORD, which is the strait and the narrow way, that makes US PERFECT. IT IS HIS POWER, AND IF YOU WALK THE NARROW WAY, YOU WILL TRY HIS WORD. It will be proven TRUE.

“THE LORD WILL PERFECT THAT WHICH CONCERNETH ME:

THY MERCY, O LORD, ENDURETH FOR EVER:

FORSAKE NOT THE WORKS OF THINE OWN HANDS.”

(Psalm 138:8)

The word “perfect’ here is ‘gamar’, which means TO BRING TO PERFECTION, TO MAKE AN END. The narrow way is designed to BRING US TO PERFECTION, TO BRING US TO LIFE.

“BUT THE PATH OF THE JUST

IS AS A SHINING LIGHT,

THAT SHINETH MORE AND MORE UNTO THE PERFECT DAY.”

(Proverbs 4:18)

The word “path” here is ‘orach’, which means TRODDEN ROAD, PATH, HIGHWAY. In this is the narrow way likened to a SHINING LIGHT. This is a reference to the SHEKINAH GLORY, the presence of the Lord in the Holy of Holies. THE NARROW WAY LEADS TO THE HOLY OF HOLIES. The word “perfect” is ‘kuwm’ and it means APPOINTED, TO RENDER SURE, TO CONFIRM, TO FASTEN. The narrow way leads to CONFIRMATION BY JESUS CHRIST, TO A SEALING BY THE LORD.

“BE YE THEREFORE PERFECT,

EVEN AS YOUR FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN IS PERFECT.”

(Matthew 5:48)

The word “therefore” is ‘oun’ which means ACCORDINGLY. The word “perfect” is ‘teleios’ which means COMPLETE, COMPLETENESS, FULL OR WHOLE. The command of Christ was for us to be PERFECT. The only way we can be perfect is via the agape love bestowment, which is the PERFECTION OF CHRIST.

“Jesus said unto him, IF THOU WILT BE PERFECT,

GO AND SELL THAT THOU HAST,

AND GIVE TO THE POOR, AND THOU SHALT HAVE TREASURE IN HEAVEN:

AND COME AND FOLLOW ME.”

(Matthew 19:21)

Here is a direct command from the Lord Jesus Christ on HOW TO BE PERFECT. It is in perfect harmony with the Sermon on the Mount, and in perfect harmony with the NARROW WAY. Jesus went to Calvary and beyond. We are to follow Him, if we are to BE MADE PERFECT. Out of death comes life; out of trial comes perfection.

“The disciple IS NOT ABOVE HIS MASTER:

BUT EVERY ONE THAT IS PERFECT

SHALL BE AS HIS MASTER.”

(Luke 6:40)

We are not above Jesus Christ. Everyone that is going to be made PERFECT is going to be AS HIS MASTER. That is why He said, “come, follow me.” We are to pick up our cross, walk the narrow way, go to the lowest room, and wait for He that bade us to come. When He comes, we will be made PERFECT. The essence of Christ was HIS PURE DIVINE AGAPE LOVE. We are to BE AS HIM. The word “perfect” here is ‘katartizo’, which means TO COMPLETE THOROUGHLY, TO ADJUST, TO JOIN TOGETHER, TO RESTORE. If we do not have agape love within us, then HE HAS TO GIVE IT TO US, THAT WE MIGHT BE LIKE HIM. He must COME IN TO US, AND TAKE US OVER. We are now going to get right to the specifics of what perfection really is:

“I IN THEM, AND THOU IN ME,

THAT THEY MAY BE MADE PERFECT IN ONE…”

(John 17:23)

That which makes us PERFECT IS HAVING CHRIST DWELL IN US. It is not us dwelling in the Body of Christ, but having CHRIST DWELL IN US. This goes back to UNION, UNITY, THAT THEY ALL MAY BE ONE. This was the prayer of Christ. Christ will not come to dwell in us until we walk the narrow way to find him. The word “perfect” here is ‘teleioo’, which means TO CONSUMMATE, TO ACCOMPLISH. To proclaim He is in us, when He is not, is the height of deception, of delusion. The Gospel is preached to WARN EVERYONE TO ENTER THE STRAIT GATE AND WALK THE NARROW WAY TO PERFECTION.

“To whom God would MAKE KNOWN

WHAT IS THE RICHES OF THE GLORY OF THIS MYSTERY

AMONG THE GENTILES; WHICH IS CHRIST IN YOU,

THE HOPE OF GLORY:

WHOM WE PREACH, WARNING EVERY MAN,

AND TEACHING EVERY MAN IN ALL WISDOM;

THAT WE MAY PRESENT EVERY MAN

PERFECT IN CHRIST JESUS.”

(Colossians 1:27-28)

Do you see how that the MYSTERY, CHRIST DWELLING IN US, AND PERFECTION ARE ALL TOGETHER HERE? The glory of the mystery is the AGAPE LOVE OF CHRIST. The knowledge that GOD MUST REVEAL TO THE BELIEVER IS THE AGAPE LOVE ESSENCE. The hope of the true Church is to present EVERY BELIEVER PERFECT IN JESUS CHRIST. It is the perfection of Christ that COVERS THE BELIEVER. A believer is PERFECT, only because CHRIST IS PERFECT. Otherwise grace would no longer be grace, and Christ died for nothing.

“FOR THE LAW MADE NOTHING PERFECT,

BUT THE BRINGING IN OF A BETTER HOPE DID;

BY THE WHICH WE DRAW NIGH UNTO GOD.”

(Hebrews 7:19)

This is an important verse. It contrasts the EXTERNAL LAW TO THE INTERNAL LAW OF THE NEW HEART. The Old Law did not make anyone perfect, IT SIMPLY COVERED THEIR IMPERFECTION. The word “perfect” is ‘teleioo’ and as you know it means TO BRING TO COMPLETION, TO CONSUMMATE. Christ came and offered us grace via the strait gate and narrow way to FIND HIM, SO THAT HE, AS A LIVING HIGH PRIEST, MIGHT COVER US FOREVER. The NEW HEART MAKES US PERFECT BEFORE GOD, because the NEW HEART IS THE HEART OF CHRIST. That is why Jesus demands WE BE BORN AGAIN. The narrow way is how WE BECOME BORN AGAIN. The narrow way is how we DRAW NIGH UNTO GOD. So you see, there is a perfect harmony here. THE GOAL: TO BRING THE UNREGENERATE HEART DOWN, SO HE CAN BE LIFTED UP WITH A NEW NATURE.

“FOR BY ONE OFFERING

HE HATH

PERFECTED FOR EVER

THEM THAT ARE SANCTIFIED.”

(Hebrews 10:14)

Christ, by offering Himself upon the cross, PURCHASED THE HUMAN RACE. Out of the human race MANY ARE CALLED INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST. Out of the Body of Christ THE FEW ARE CHOSEN, BROUGHT THROUGH THE NARROW WAY OF SANCTIFICATION, AND OUT OF DEATH COMES UNION WITH CHRIST, BY WHICH, THEY ARE PERFECTED. The word “perfected” is ‘teleioo’ which means MADE COMPLETE, OR CONSUMMATED. The word “sanctified” is ‘hagiazo’, which means TO MAKE HOLY. If you have been perfected, you are made holy. Your holiness is in Christ, and His holiness comes from His agape love essence. We find another proof that ONCE AGAPE LOVE IS BESTOWED that believer has SETTLED FOREVER the agape love issue, and is considered PERFECT AND COMPLETE IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

We have come full circle. SANCTIFICATION HAS BUT ONE MEANING: AGAPE LOVE BESTOWMENT, and afterward, PERFECTING IT. There is a tremendous misconception of what Holiness really is, and generally it is referred to as “right thinking, right acting, and right living”. The life of Holiness is a life of strict separation according to most fundamentalist denominations. Their holiness is nothing more or less than WORKS DISGUISED UNDER THE NAME OF HOLINESS. What makes a person HOLY is the coming of Jesus Christ to that person, and Christ giving them HIS LOVE, HIS PERFECTOIN, HIS HOLINESS, AT REGENERATION, which is the NEW HEART, THE NEW LIFE. It is at the END OF THE NARROW WAY. The end of the narrow way is the BEGINNING OF THE NEW COVENANT.

Within the heart of the regenerated beats a NEW LOVE. That new love, which is RADICALLY DIFFERENT THAN ANY LOVE KNOWN TO MAN, causes that heart to WALK IN THE STATUTES OF GOD, FOR THAT SOUL CAN NOW LOVE AND WANTS TO LOVE, AND DOES LOVE WITHOUT EVEN TRYING. HE DOES NOT “DECIDE” TO LOVE. HE DOES NOT “WILL” TO LOVE. HE DOES LOVE; FOR CHRIST IS IN THE HEART.

MANY ARE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT AGAPE LOVE IS A CHOICE, THAT LOVE IS SIMPLY A “DECISION”, OR A CHOICE OF THE “WILL”. It is not. The only decision the inner heart must make is ACCEPT CHRIST WHEN CHRIST APPEARS, REVEALS THE TRUTH AND ASKS FOR ENTRANCE AFTER THE GUILTY VERDICT IS RENDERED. The human soul cannot “choose” to agape love, “will” to agape love or “decide” to agape love, for the soul does NOT POSSESS AGAPE LOVE UNTIL CHRIST COMES. Thereafter, the love is an automatic thing. It simply is.

He enters into phase one of the “REST” of God. It is AGAPE LOVE that makes one holy, not law keeping, not keeping Sabbaths, and not keeping this law and that law. It is AGAPE LOVE that makes one holy, not going to church, nor dressing right, nor not going to movies and whatever is demanded of the holiness people. THEY ARE IN BONDAGE TO THE LAW. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND AGAPE LOVE, OR WHAT IT IS, OR WHAT IT DOES. IT IS THE AGAPE LOVE OF GOD that HAS NO LAW AGAINST IT. IT IS FREE, TOTALLY FREE. The VAST MAJORITY OF CHRISTIANS DO NOT KNOW THE LOVE OF CHRIST, and therefore when LOVE IS NOT PRESENT, LAW KEEPING TAKES ITS PLACE, IT BECOMES A SUBSTITUTE FORM OF HOLINESS. EXACTLY WHAT THE JEWS HELD TO.

Nor are we saying the commands of the Lord to BE SEPARATE AND TOUCH NOT THE UNCLEAN THING are to be set aside. AGAPE LOVE SETS THEM ASIDE. TRUE PERFECTED AGAPE LOVE SETS ASIDE ALL UNCLEAN THING. It loves the sinner but hates the sin.

The majority within the fundamentalist camps has a zeal for God, but without KNOWLEDGE. It is the agape love of God that MAKES US PERFECT AND HOLY, AND KEEPS US PERFECT AND HOLY. There is no other power that can prevail against it. AGAPE LOVE FULFILLS ALL THE LAW, AND THEREFORE THERE IS NO LAW, NO RULES, NO REGULATIONS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE IT, because the LOVE OF GOD IS THEIR LAW. It is written on their inner heart, and they are free of everything but one thing: TO AGAPE LOVE EVERYONE. There is TOTAL FREEDOM IN THE AGAPE LOVE OF GOD. That is why Christ said:

“IF THE SON THEREFORE SHALL MAKE YOU FREE,

YE SHALL BE FREE INDEED.”

(John 8:36)

The first word “free” is ‘eleutheroo’, which means TO LIBERATE, TO MAKE FREE, TO RELEASE FROM BONDAGE. The second word “free” is ‘eleutheros’, which means UNRESTRAINED, FREE BORN. The word “indeed” is ‘ontos’, which means REALLY, CERTAINLY, OF A TRUTH, VERILY. In other words TOTAL UNRESTRAINED FREEDOM, OR SET FREE. This freedom is NOT a license for SIN, GOD FORBID. It is a freedom based upon THE LOVE OF GOD. It frees the person WHOLLY AND TOTALLY FROM ALL OF THE INJUNCTIONS OF MAN, OF ALL THE TRADITIONS OF MAN, OF ALL THE RITUALS OF MAN. The true Holy person is a person of LOVE, and he is free to love whomsoever and everyone he/she meets. It has nothing to do with the millions of rules imposed on people by those involved in phony holiness. Their form of holiness is rank legalism in disguise. Their claim to fame is that IF YOU LOVE GOD, you will DO THIS, AND DO THAT. They then sit down and write up a whole bunch of rules, regulations, codes, statutes which they claim PROVE YOU LOVE THE LORD. If you do not keep these rules, YOU DO NOT LOVE GOD, AND THEY THRUST YOU OUT OF THEIR FELLOWSHIP. You are therefore WORLDLY, NOT SEPARATED, NOT CONSECRATED, NOT OF CHRIST.

This form of rank legalism, of works of “righteousness”, of law keeping, and code keeping pervert everything, and in reality make it the EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT IT IS TO BE. The poor people held within that form of BONDAGE AND SLAVERY work very hard to please the Lord. It is so sad to see it, for they are SINCERE, DEDICATED. They honestly believe that is CHRISTIANITY. Christianity IS A NEW HEART OF AGAPE LOVE THAT FREES US FROM ALL OF THAT, AND SIMPLY DOES ONE THING: ALLOWS YOU TO AGAPE LOVE ANOTHER! When you see it, when you finally understand it, IT IS SO SIMPLE, SO BEAUTIFUL AND SO WONDERFUL, it is indeed a breath of FRESH AIR, A REFRESHING.

The holiness of God is NOT the holiness that man considers. The holiness of man is abomination to the Lord, for it is hypocrisy and false. The holiness of man is bound up in rules, regulations, dress codes, rules of separation, rules of conduct, ritual, solemn assemblies and it leads to death and total bondage. THE AGAPE LOVE OF THE LORD is not concerned with any of that, it bypasses all of it; the love of God bypasses EVERYTHING AND FLIES SO FAR ABOVE IT THAT THOSE THINGS DO NOT MATTER ONE WIT. It has only one object: to agape love. It can embrace the poor man just as fast as the rich man. It can walk into skid row as easily as into Church. It can walk just as easily into a Catholic Church as in to a Baptist Church.

It knows no boundaries; it has no judgment on those things, for the Lord shall judge them all. It seeks only to save, to heal, and to bring the lost to Christ. It will point out truth, even at the risk of death, it will contend with lies and distortions of truth, not out of pride or arrogance, but for the SAKE OF TRUTH, FOR THE SAKE OF TRUE AGAPE LOVE. It loves the prostitute as much as the virtuous woman, it has BUT ONE OBJECT: TO BRING THEM ALL TO A KNOWLEDGE OF JESUS CHRIST. IT IS FREE, AND THE REGENERATED HEART KNOWS IT, LOVES IT, CHERISHES IT. It has been released from the laws and rituals of man. FIND THE TRUTH AND YOU SHALL BE MADE FREE INDEED. You will fly as the eagle, and soar above all of it!

The love of God makes the human heart SOAR. It smashes to bits the BONDAGE OF LAW, RITUAL, FORMALITY AND SOLEMN ASSEMBLY. That is why God says HE HATES the assemblies, even the solemn assemblies. They are RITUAL, FORMALITY, DONE OUT OF OBLIGATION AND DUTY, NOT OUT OF A PURE HEART! That is why Jesus said His YOKE WAS EASY! Agape love IS EASY. It simply LOVES. There are no restraints on agape love, it is UNCONDITIONAL, and that means what it says: THERE ARE NO CONDITIONS PUT UPON IT. If it is UNCONDITIONAL, then how is IT BOUND BY ANY CONDITIONS, SUCH AS RITUAL or FORMALITY, OR DO THIS AND DON’T DO THAT? Do they not understand THAT AGAPE LOVE IS A LAW UNTO ITSELF? It does not behave UNSEEMLY. It cannot! It will not! Those bound up in the legalism of Christianity, via false “holiness”, are BOUND INDEED. They remain in total bondage, no different whatever than any other legalistic religion.

I don’t argue the commands of Holiness for the believer. BUT AGAPE LOVE WITHIN THE REGENERATED HEART FULFILLS ALL THE COMMANDS FOR HOLINESS. It is from WITHIN, and it has nothing to do with rules, regulations, codes and laws. SEEK CHRIST AND YOU WILL ESCAPE ALL OF THAT AND LIVE. Remain bound in that form of holiness and YOU WILL DIE FOREVER.

Do you remember how UNCONVENTIONAL CHRIST WAS? Why, He would stop right in the middle of something and HEAL SOMEONE. He darted here; HE went there. HE HAD NO RULES, HE HAD NO RITUALS, HE MOVED AS THE SPIRIT MOVED. Do you really think the SPIRIT OF AGAPE LOVE is going to BIND ITSELF to your rules and regulations, your codes of conduct and other perversions of grace? If you do, you do not KNOW the beauty and the simplicity of Christ.

We have now proved that the GOAL is the PERFECTION OF JESUS CHRIST, which is HIS AGAPE LOVE, which FREES US INDEED. It brings with it SANCTIFICATION, AND JUSTIFICATION. Therefore it would behoove all of us to move to obtain it, if we do not have it. How is it accomplished? What must I do to be regenerated? What is REGENERATION anyway? Can anyone be regenerated?

“Because STRAIT IS THE GATE,

AND NARROW IS THE WAY,

THAT LEADETH UNTO LIFE…”

(Matthew 7:14)

It is odd that this verse is in the SEVENTH CHAPTER of Matthew. Seven is the number of perfection, of completion. It is also the 14^th verse of the seven chapter, or TWO TIMES SEVEN. “VERILY, VERILY...” Nothing is coincidental. We find the same sort of COINCIDENTAL numbering in Luke 13:24. “STRIVE TO ENTER THE STRAIT GATE…” The number 13 is the number of REBELLION. Man’s heart is IN TOTAL REBELLION. Because it is in total rebellion, IT MUST STRIVE TO EFFECT A RECONCILIATION VIA THE STRAIT GATE AND NARROW WAY. The number 24 is odd in that there are 24 ELDERS, 12 tribes, and 12 apostles, representing THE COMPLETE PROGRAM AND GOVERNMENT OF GOD ON EARTH. Coincidental? Check it out.

Notice again that the narrow way LEADETH UNTO LIFE. At the end of the narrow way sits this life. As pointed out in the beginning of this series, Jesus knew and used the word “heaven” many times. He did not use it here, because He was not referring to it. He was referring to THE LIFE THAT GAINS ONE ENTRANCE INTO HEAVEN. The word for “life” is ‘zoe’, and in this case it is referring to SPIRITUAL LIFE. It must be spiritual life, because a person is already alive in the flesh or one could not enter the gate or walk the way. If he already has a “life” (which is really death) that Jesus says HE MUST LOSE, then this “life” has to be and must be SPIRITUAL LIFE, WHICH IS IN THE SON. The word ‘zoe’ means LIFE. The root is from ‘zao’ which means TO LIVE, OR QUICK. The word quick is very important to us in tracing down what Jesus means by the word “life” at the end of the narrow way.

We will first examine enough Scripture to prove that ‘zoe’ does in fact refer to REGENERATION, TO BEING BORN AGAIN. Obviously if one has not reached this “LIFE” that Jesus refers to, then they must be ABIDING IN SPIRITUAL DEATH. Thus those who are even on the narrow way are abiding in SPIRITUAL DEATH, and still under the dominion of Satan, and have NOT AS YET ENTERED THE NEW COVENANT. This is why the Scripture is full of warning as TO LAYING HOLD OF ETERNAL LIFE, OF OBTAINING REGENERATION, OF GETTING YOURSELF INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD, WHICH IS THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH.

“For WITH THEE IS THE FOUNTAIN OF LIFE:

IN THY LIGHT SHALL WE SEE LIGHT.”

(Psalm 36:9)

It is with GOD THAT THE SOURCE OF SPIRITUAL LIFE COMES FROM. It is IN HIS LIGHT OF AGAPE LOVE THAT WE SEE AGAPE LOVE. In HIS SIGHT are we to be judged. The word “fountain” is ‘maqowr’, which means SOURCE. We were created at the hand of God, and made in the image of God before the fall. The source of all agape love is FROM GOD. As you recall, LIGHT is simply another code word for AGAPE LOVE. The word for “life” here is ‘chay’, which means ALIVE, LIFE. The word “light” is ‘owr’, which means ILLUMINATION, BRIGHT, SUN. How odd that the SUN is the light of the physical earth, and it brings with it LIFE. In the spirit, THE SON brings life to the SPIRITUAL EARTH, and brings with Him LIFE.

“FOR THE COMMANDMENT IS A LAMP;

AND THE LAW IS LIGHT;

AND REPROOFS OF INSTRUCTION

ARE THE ‘WAY’ OF LIFE:”

(Proverbs 6:23)

What a perfect harmony with the Sermon on the Mount. The commandment was to enter in the strait gate and walk the narrow way to find life. The law is light. AGAPE LOVE IS THE LAW OF GOD WRITTEN WITHIN THE HUMAN HEART. Agape love is the LIGHT OF GOD. The reproof of INSTRUCTION is the revelation we receive from God as we walk the NARROW WAY AND ARE REPROVED BY AGAPE LOVE. The narrow way leads to LIFE. Reproof and judgment are what bring us INTO life. Again we find that LIFE is SPIRITUAL LIFE. The word for “commandment” is ‘mitsuah’, which means A COMMAND, LAW, ORDINANCE. The word “reproof” is ‘towkechah’, which means CHASTISEMENT, CORRECTION, REFUTATION, PROOF AND REBUKE. The word “way” is ‘derek’, which means ROAD, JOURNEY, HIGHWAY. It is the same as the word “way” Jesus used. A perfect sequence!

“FOR WHOSO FINDETH ME FINDETH LIFE,

AND SHALL OBTAIN FAVOUR OF THE LORD.”

(Proverbs 8:35)

Did not Jesus say to SEEK AND WE SHALL FIND? Did He not say that at the end of the narrow way was life, and that FEW THERE BE THAT FIND IT? The Old Testament is but the revelation of the New. The New is but the revelation of the Old. How tragic it is to DIVIDE THEM. They form a WHOLE UNIT. If you only take one, you only have half of the story. The word for “findeth” is ‘matsa’, which means TO COME FORTH, TO APPEAR, TO ACQUIRE, TO BE PRESENT. It is a proving, a proof, a present evidence.

“IN THE WAY OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IS LIFE;

AND IN THE PATHWAY THEREOF THERE IS NO DEATH.”

(Proverbs 12:28)

Here we find a perfect reference to the narrow way, and that IT IS THE WAY THAT LEADS TO RIGHTEOUSNESS THAT IS IN THE LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST. There is no death in Jesus; there is only LIFE.

“IN THE LIGHT OF THE KING’S COUNTENANCE IS LIFE;

AND HIS FAVOUR IS AS A CLOUD OF THE LATTER RAIN.”

(Proverbs 16:15)

It was mentioned earlier in this series that the reference to the LATTER RAIN was a reference to REGENERATION, AND THE EARLY RAIN WAS CONVERSION. Here is another proof text to prove it. Rain is water. Water is a code word for agape love. Light is a code word as well. We do not come into the favor of the King until we receive HIS LIGHT. HIS LIGHT IS LIFE, and that life is AGAPE LOVE. It says here clearly that THIS LIGHT IS AS THE LATTER RAIN. Just as there was an early harvest of souls at the beginning of the Church age, there will be another harvest of souls at the end. In between, few come to the real light. As it will happen on earth, so it happens to the individual believer. His early rain is CONVERSION. He then goes for a long period to establish roots, and then comes the LATTER RAIN, which is REGENERATION.

“But whosoever DRINKETH OF THE WATER THAT I SHALL GIVE HIM

SHALL NEVER THIRST;

BUT THE WATER THAT I SHALL GIVE HIM

SHALL BE IN HIM A WELL OF WATER

SPRINGING UP INTO EVERLASTING LIFE.”

(John 4:14)

The word “life” here is ‘zoe’, and it is directly connected to one of the code words for AGAPE LOVE. Water is one of the PRIMARY code words. It is used over and over again to illustrate the life source of the spirit. Notice who GIVES IT TO THE BELIEVER: JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF.

“For as the FATHER HATH LIFE IN HIMSELF;

SO HATH HE GIVEN TO THE SON TO HAVE LIFE IN HIMSELF.”

(John 5:26)

The word for “life” here is ‘zoe’. The case is proving itself. The “life” AT THE END OF THE NARROW WAY, is SPIRITUAL LIFE, IS REGENERATION, IS BEING BORN AGAIN, IS AGAPE LOVE BESTOWED.

“Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for the meat

WHICH ENDURETH UNTO EVERLASTING LIFE,

WHICH THE SON OF MAN SHALL GIVE UNTO YOU;

FOR HIM HATH GOD THE FATHER SEALED.”

(John 6:27)

Jesus said to STRIVE AND TO LABOR FOR THE DOCTRINES THAT WILL ENDURE UNTO LIFE. Life is at the END of the narrow way. Do not claim it at the beginning. We have further confirmation as well that Jesus is the one who gives it personally to the believer. The Holy Spirit does not reveal or bestow agape love to the believer, because JESUS CHRIST WAS THE REDEEMER, AND UNION WITH CHRIST IS WHAT SAVES.

“And this is the WILL OF HIM THAT SENT ME,

THAT EVERY ONE WHICH SEETH THE SON,

AND BELIEVETH ON HIM,

MAY HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE:

AND I WILL RAISE HIM UP AT THE LAST DAY.”

(John 6:40)

We are to SEE THE SON. We are to BEHOLD HIM, EXPERIENCE HIM, KNOW HIM. WE ARE TO LOOK INTO THE DEPTH, HEIGHT, BREADTH AND WIDTH OF AGAPE LOVE, that we may EXPERIENTIALLY KNOW what it is. Notice that there are TWO CONDITIONS FOR THE GRANTING OF ETERNAL LIFE; SEEING THE SON IS THE FIRST CONDITION AND BELIEVING UPON HIM IS THE SECOND CONDITION. There is a reason for the sequence to this verse, which will be proved out later. IF WE SEE THE SON, AND BELIEVE UPON HIM, HE WILL GIVE US AGAPE LOVE, HE WILL BESTOW IT. That is LIFE.

“And THIS IS LIFE ETERNAL,

THAT THEY MIGHT KNOW THEE THE ONLY TRUE GOD,

AND JESUS CHRIST, WHOM THOU HAST SENT.”

(John 17:3)

Jesus is DEFINING FOR US WHAT “LIFE” IS. He then tells us WHAT “LIFE” IS: IT IS TO EXPERIENTIALLY KNOW CHRIST AND GOD THE FATHER. If we SEE THE SON, THEN WE KNOW THE SON. The thrust of the Scripture is to bring us INTO UNION WITH CHRIST. It is to bring us into UNITY. It is to ADJUST MANKIND TO THE AGAPE LOVE STANDARD OF GOD. If we are to have this UNION AND UNITY, then it should be obvious that we would have TO EXPERIENTIALLY KNOW CHRIST AND GOD THE FATHER. How could you enter in to someone and NOT KNOW THEM? Christ enters IN to the very heart of a person, the innermost heart. Obviously then HE EXPERIENTIALLY KNOWS THEM, KNOWS WHO THEY ARE. Likewise does the Scripture claim that we are to EXPERIENTIALLY KNOW JESUS. It is called the REVELATION, MANIFESTATION, WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, WITNESS. He calls them by name; He leads them OUT. WE WILL PROVE WHAT THE WORD ‘KNOW’ MEANS SHORTLY, FOR IT TIES DIRECTLY TO REVEAL, REVELATION, MANIFEST, MANIFESTATION, BEHOLD, APPEAR, COME AND SEE.

“Therefore we are BURIED WITH HIM

BY BAPTISM INTO DEATH

(THE NARROW WAY WALK):

THAT LIKE AS CHRIST WAS RAISED UP FROM THE DEAD

BY THE GLORY OF THE FATHER,

EVEN SO WE ALSO SHOULD

WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE.”

(Romans 6:4)

The point I wish to make here is that THE NARROW WAY IS THE BAPTISM INTO DEATH. Paul is referring to the narrow way, not some “act of faith”, by which he APPROPRIATES this death “instantly”. This death is an EXPERIENTIAL DEATH, WHICH TAKES PLACE OVER SEVERAL YEARS. Words like TRIBULATION, AND NARROW, prove that this walk is fully experiential. If we have IN TRUTH BEEN BAPTIZED INTO HIS DEATH, THEN ALSO WE ARE TO LIVE IN THE NEWNESS OF AGAPE LOVE LIFE. The word “life” here is ‘zoe’.

“And IF CHRIST BE IN YOU,

THE BODY IS DEAD BECAUSE OF SIN;

BUT THE SPIRIT IS LIFE BECAUSE OF

RIGHTEOUSNESS.”

(Romans 8:10)

Read very carefully how Paul words this. IF CHRIST BE IN YOU. That is VERY CONDITIONAL. The condition is IF CHRIST BE IN YOU. In other words Paul is saying IF CHRIST IS IN YOU, THEN THE FOLLOWING WILL BE TRUE: YOUR BODY IS DEAD, I.E., YOU HAVE IN TRUTH DIED. The flesh is dead. Carnal man IS DEAD. The narrow way is a WAY OF DEATH. (“If a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die…pick up your cross, follow me…”) Do you realize what Paul is saying here? IF YOU HAVE NOT WALKED THE NARROW WAY UNTO DEATH, CHRIST IS NOT IN YOU. This is true because THE CONDITION FOR CHRIST BEING IN YOU IS THAT YOU BE DEAD. Do not reverse the sequence; do not claim the second thing before the first thing. DEATH FIRST, CHRIST IN YOU SECOND. “Go to the LOWEST ROOM (DEATH)”.

If you are dead, then what SPIRIT IS IN YOU? THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST, THE SPIRIT OF AGAPE LOVE, THE SPIRIT OF LIFE. Life is INDEED AT THE END OF THE NARROW WAY. Not I that live, but Christ lives in me.

“HAVING THE UNDERSTANDING DARKENED,

BEING ALIENATED FROM THE LIFE OF GOD

THROUGH THE IGNORANCE THAT IS IN THEM,

BECAUSE OF THE BLINDNESS OF THEIR HEART

(UNCIRCUMCISED).”

(Ephesians 4:18)

The vast majority of Christians perish because they will not face the reproof of God, they will not do as Christ commanded, they will not walk the narrow way. They are therefore ALIENATED TO THE LIFE OF GOD, WHICH IS AGAPE LOVE. Agape love is an ALIEN love. It is totally ALIEN to mankind. That is why mankind cannot know it, cannot understand it. The only love they know is their own phileo love. They have an experiential knowledge of phileo love! Why then do they deny there is to be an experiential AGAPE LOVE? If phileo love is fully experiential, and is a LOW LOVE FORM, THEN WHAT DO YOU THINK THE ARRIVAL OF AGAPE LOVE IS LIKE? YOU ARE TO COME TO A POINT OF REVELATION OF WHAT AGAPE LOVE IS, AND THEN ENTER INTO IT, AND HAVE AN EXPERIENTIAL KNOWLEDGE OF IT. The vast majority of Christians are IGNORANT, AND THEY ARE BLINDED BY THEIR HEARTS, WHICH ARE OF STONE.

The denial by modern Christianity of an experiential encounter and revelational nature of agape love is based upon one thing: THEY HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED IT, AND THEREFORE CLAIM IT NOT SO. They will not admit they are WITHOUT CHRIST, for the “many” were the SUPERSTARS OF CHRISTENDOM.

“WE KNOW THAT WE HAVE PASSED

FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE,

BECAUSE WE (AGAPE) LOVE THE BRETHREN…”

(1 John 3:14)

The division point between death and life IS AGAPE LOVE. Therefore it is and MUST BE that AGAPE LOVE RESIDES AT THE END OF THE NARROW WAY. We are to walk the narrow way UNTO SOUL DEATH, EXPERIENTIAL DEATH, AND WE ARE TO SIT IN THE LOWEST ROOM OF DEATH UNTIL HE THAT BADE US COMES. When He comes, He REVEALS TO US the MYSTERY OF GOD, THE HIDDEN THING OF GOD, AGAPE LOVE. He brings us into DEATH SO WE MIGHT FIND TRUE LIFE. We KNOW ABSOLUTELY JOHN SAYS, BY AN EXPERIENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, THAT WE HAVE PASSED OUT OF DEATH AND INTO LIFE WHEN WE AGAPE LOVE THE BRETHREN.
